I got fed up with recruiters trying to pigeon hole me and tempt me into other search firms. They were so focused on their mandates it wasn’t about me, but I get it, that wasn’t their job.
So I used a coach to help me get clear on my objectives, map out my next steps and keep me accountable.
I know it sounds crazy coming from a headhunter but it’s true – you can’t see your wood for the trees!
